    Shipping policy

    SHIPPING INFORMATION

    At the time of delivery, you are responsible for the purchased items. If you are not the recipient of the purchase, the person who signs for the package confirms its receipt and assumes responsibility. If the package is damaged upon delivery, please contact us directly.

    If you have chosen home delivery and are not present to receive the package, the carrier will leave a delivery notice with instructions to reschedule delivery. We cannot change the destination of packages once they have been shipped. Orders are typically delivered between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.

    We process and ship orders during our regular service hours (Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, excluding holidays). We strive to ship your order after receiving your payment:

    2 to 5 business days for Belgium.

    4 to 8 business days for other countries.


    SHIPPING COSTS

    Estimated delivery times start from the shipping date. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures at the destination. In case of loss of your package during shipping or return, you will always be refunded.

    We ship orders to Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Austria, the Netherlands and Germany.  


    CUSTOMS FEES AND TAXES

    Any customs fees and taxes payable upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer. Please consult the authorities of your country for any applicable fees.
