Refund policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES INFORMATIONS

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exchange or return your items. We only accept new and unused items. Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Items returned without authorization may not be accepted for a refund.

Follow these steps to return your purchase :

• Contact us by email to receive a return authorization along with the reason for the return at the address: bonjour@gastone.be
• Carefully package the item in its original packaging.
• Return the package via the carrier of your choice. We recommend requesting a tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Return shipping costs are your responsibility (except in Belgium):

REFUND

The refund will be made to the credit card used for payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In Belgium, a return label will be emailed to you. For other countries, customs fees are not refunded.
